"The LGM in the Alps: chronology, extension of the glaciers, palaeovegetation and the equilibrium line altitude" is the title of a small, focused workshop organised by Giovanni Monegato, Frank Preusser, Cesare Ravazzi and Christoph Spötl.
The aim is to discuss the LGM in the Alps on field trips to important sites in the Tagliamento end moraine system and the Friulian Plain.
