Members of the Institut of Geology and Mineralogy, including several staff members and PhD students of our group, were attending the Science Writing Retreat at St. Lambrecht, organized by the research center for Geodynamics and Geomaterials.The magnificent setting and atmosphere of the monastery, which is hosting various types of seminar activities, allowed us to focus on our individual writing projects.
To relax in betwen the writing blocks, some of the attendees went for a hike, a cross-country run or an ice-bath.
