Florian Schäffer

Florian is a Master’s student working in the OSL–Quaternary group on ice‑marginal and Quaternary sediment succession in the upper reaches of the Brandenberger Ache, Tyrol (Austrian Alps). His thesis has a strong field‑mapping component, but will also involve luminescence dating and is integrated into our work on ice‑dammed lakes, serving as a bridge to Benjamin’s PhD project.
