Award for Christoph

The “Haus-der-Natur-Preis für die naturwissenschaftliche Erforschung des Bundeslandes Salzburg” was presented on 27 March, at a formal ceremony. Christoph was honoured in particular for his significant work over many decades in the field of environmental and climate history, based on research carried out in caves in Salzburg. The laudatory address was delivered by the rector of the University of Innsbruck, Veronika Sexl.
