The new IMAX documentary Ancient Caves premiered in St. Paul, Minnesota on Friday 6th March, 2020. The film follows the work of Innsbruck Quaternary Research Group member Gina Moseley as she travels to caves to sample speleothems for paleoclimate research. Along the way, she is joined by long-term collaborator Prof. Larry Edwards (Univ. Minnesota), and our group members Katee Wendt and Yuri Dublyansky.
Gina and Katee spent several days chatting to the public about their research and signing autographs for excited kids who now want to grow up to be paleoclimatologists! Gina also featured on several breakfast television shows (Fox 9, WCCO CBS, Kare 11) and will be a guest on The Jason Show on 17th March.
