PhDs, PostDocs and staff, including members of the Quaternary Research Group, retreated for a week into the magnificent halls of the St. Lambrecht monastery in upper Styria to focus on their individual writing projects. The science writing retreat was organized by the research center "Geodynamics and Geomaterials". The highlight was a tour through the monastery complex that has an almost 1 ka long history and was guided by the debuty abbot and benedict monk Gerwig Romirer.
